Shi Tie Ni is a new member of staff who joined us in November 2011 and is employed as a cook. In her past work she was a running a restaurant so she will be able to help with the nutritional aspect of the children's health. Liu Feng Xiang has worked for COAT as an Ayi (carer) for more than two years. She worked in Eagles' Wings 5 since August 2010 and was transferred to Eagles' Wings 3 at the end of 2011. This is our home for older children, most of whom have been with us since we started our family homes. Liu Feng Xiang is Fully Sponsored!

To Sponsor an Ayi
COAT needs good reliable caring Ayi's who will care for the children well and work hard!! These will be Ayi's who are not wanting work because of money but because they desire to care for the children. We have a number of reliable Ayi's already however some Ayi's will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid. As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and the process of recruitment starts all over again.
