Chinese Orphans Assistance Team (COAT)

Ma Xiu Xia manages Eagles' Wings 4. She is responsible for the staff we employ as well as the welfare and nurture of the children in EW4. Presently there are 14 children in this home. They are the most labour intensive children that we have in our care, so it is not an easy job. Ma Xiu Xia is married with two group up daughters. She has worked for COAT since 2002. Ma Xiu Xia currently has two sponsors, we need four more sponsors to complete her sponsorship. 

Cui Hai E was employed as a Kindergarten assistant in XWLY. As of May 2011 she is employed as a ayi in EW4. She has been employed by COAT since December 2007. She currently has four sponsors; we need two more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Jang Qui Lan is employed as an ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 4. This is a high dependency home as many of the children have severe disabilities. Jan Qui Lan is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Wang Chang was employed as the Manager of XWLY. In 2012 she became the manager of our physio's and occupation therapy team. She has worked for COAT for more than ten years and is married with one child. Between the EW4 and EW6 homes there is a big need for therapy amongst the disabled children.

Wang Chan is Fully Sponsored.

Yang Su Mei is employed as a float ayi (carer) but is based in Eagles' Wings 4. This is a high dependency home as many of the children have severe disabilities. She joined COAT in Sept. 2011, has completed her trial period and is now a float ayi between all of the COAT homes as and when needed. Yang Su Mei is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Li Lan Lan was employed by COAT as a masseur / teacher in XWLY. From May 2011 she is employed as a masseur / ayi in EW4 She currently has two sponsors; we need four more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Shi Li Xia is employed as an ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 4. This is a high dependency home as many of the children have severe disabilities. Shi Li Xia is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Fang Yu Ping is employed as an ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 4. This is a high dependency home as many of the children have severe disabilities. Fang Yu Ping is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Zhao Xiao Ling is employed as an ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 4. This is a high dependency home as many of the children have severe disabilities. Zhao Xiao Ling is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Jiang Xiu Hua is employed by COAT as a 'Floating' Ayi (carer) who covers where assistance is needed the most. She currently has two sponsors; we need four sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Qin Su Xia is a newly employed Ayi. She is employed as an ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 4. She currently is NOT sponsored; we need six more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.
