Eagles Wings 5 Staff

Guo Xi Mei manages Eagles' Wings 5 (our baby house). She started as an ayi in Eagles' Wings 2. We saw her potential and promoted her to manager. She does a great job with up to 9 babies in residence at any one time. Guo Xi Mei is married with 3 children. She is currently NOT sponsored; we need six sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Gao Xiao Fu worked as an Ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 1, she has worked for COAT since December 2007. She is now employed as an Ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 5, which is our home for babies with cleft palettes. Xiao Fu currently has two sponsors; We need four more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Wang Yong Mei is employed as an Ayi (carer) in Eagles' Wings 5. This is our home for babies with cleft palettes. She is currently NOT sponsored; we need six sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Yang Zhi Fang is in her fifties and has two grandchildren. Her daughter is Cui Hai E, one of our Kindergarten teachers. Yang is a delightful character, one of those practical, down to earth village women who raised her children and also her grandchildren while their parents worked to keep the wolf from the door. Yang Zhi Fang currently has one sponsor; we need five sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Sun Rui Xia was employed as a Float Ayi based in Eagles' Wings 2 until the end of 2011. Now she is employed as an ayi in EW5 She has been employed by COAT since July 2008. She currently has three sponsors; we need three more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

Yue Rui Ling has been employed by COAT since September 2010, starting in Eagles' Wings 2 and now in EW5. She is currently NOT sponsored; we need six sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

To Sponsor an Ayi 

COAT needs good reliable caring Ayi's who will care for the children well and work hard!! These will be Ayi's who are not wanting work because of money but because they desire to care for the children. We have a number of reliable Ayi's already however some Ayi's will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid. As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and the process of recruitment starts all over again.
