Margaret Mason

Margaret Mason is the Administrator for COAT, her role includes:
- maintaining the register of staff, children and sponsorships
- writing reports for sponsors, donors and newspapers
- talking to groups
- writing the bi-monthly newsletter
- dealing with applicants, mailing packages etc
- contacting referees if Linda does not know them or Linda is away
- maintaining filing system in COAT office
- organising the production of photocopies, flyers and tickets for events
- planning and managing the arrangements for fund raisers
