Please read the details provided carefully before completing the form. COAT needs good reliable caring Ayi's who will care for the children well and work hard!! These will be Ayi's who are not wanting work because of money but because they desire to care for the children. We have a number of reliable Ayi's already however some Ayi's will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid. As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and the process of recruitment starts all over again.
