Zhang Ying
Zhang Ying graduated with a diploma in English from the local University in 2007. She worked closely with Jenny Bray for several years as her translator. Today she is employed as a manager. She was introduced to COAT by her mother, who is one of our ayis. Zhang Ying is a real treasure especially for the children whom she dearly loves. She currently has no sponsorship, so her wages comes out of unallocated monies at present. We have to pay her according to her qualifications which means we need eight lots of $40 for her wages. She has potential for leadership training in the future. Please help us to keep her by sponsoring a $40 segment of her wages each month. Zhang Ying is not sponsored, we need eight more sponsors to complete his sponsorship.

COAT needs good reliable caring staff who will care for the children well and work hard!! These will be staff who are not wanting work because of money but because they desire to care for the children. We have a number of reliable staff already however some staff will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid. As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and the process of recruitment starts all over again.
