Fu Dong Yan is a girl, her birthdate is 20th January 2003. She has recently moved into EWIV from the orphanage. Dong Yan is not able to speak but she can understand what people say to her and she communicates through eye contact. She is receiving therapy at XWLY, Juan Juan and Na Na give her massage treatement every day.
