Dong Mei
Zhan Dong Mei and her brother Zhan Xin jun were placed in the Fulliyan (Welfare Home) when she was 10yrs old. They were separated from their older sister who after five years found them. Her sister is now married with 2 children. Her father died and her mother remarried but they have had no contact. Her brother now lives in Guang Zhou and does massage and acupuncture. She is employed as COAT's Purchasing Officer and lives on level 2 of the administration building in a room with two blind twins who also work for COAT. Dong Mei's wages are the equivalent of $280 aus, per month, this means that under the sponsorship scheme, as with the ayi's (carers), we need seven sponsors to give $40 per month to cover her wages. Please help us by sponsoring the remaining amount or a $40 of her wages segment each month

for the children well and work hard!!
These will be Ayi's who are not wanting work because
of money but because they desire to care for the children.
We have a number of reliable Ayi's already however some Ayi's
will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid.
As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and
the process of recruitment starts all over again.
