Lou Huan
Lou Huan is the Administrative Manager. She is in charge of the COAT accounts in China, which involves the incoming and the outgoing monies. She works closely with Dong Mei who is the purchasing officer as well as the COAT Treasurer in Australia. Lou Huan also hires staff, oversees scheduling and manages the translators.
Lou Huan is married to Xiao Guang and together they assist the management team in so many ways, and advise on Chinese culture and methods of operating within China. They both graduated from university and have high integrity and skills. These young people will make China proud as they work with us to help China's less able bodied children grow up in a better environment. Lou Huan is part sponsored, we need five more sponsors to complete her sponsorship.

COAT needs good reliable caring staff who will care for the children well and work hard!! These will be staff who are not wanting work because of money but because they desire to care for the children. We have a number of reliable staff already however some staff will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid. As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and the process of recruitment starts all over again.
