Xiao Guang

Xiao Guang is the logistics manager for COAT in JiaoZuo. His role involves advising the management team on Chinese culture and methods of operating within China and helping us to avoid making unnecessary mistakes. This includes translating for Linda and other staff members during important negotiations along side his wife Lou Huan. Xiao Guang will negotiate around issues for COAT when needed in the absence of a Committee member. Hi role also involves managing the logistics of getting children who need treatment to other parts of China, such as Shanghai, for example Yin Sheng. Managing the fixed assets of COAT alongside ShuShu - Du GianGuo, both are meeting the need of the father figure role in our five homes and our school. Xiao Guang will also drive the vehicle when the Du GianGuo is not on shift.
These young people will make China proud as they work with us to help China's less able bodied children grow up in a better environment. Xiao Guang and Lou Huan were officially married on 14th August 2008 are now well settled into married life. They both graduated from university and have high integrity and skills. Xiao Guang enjoys his work and loves being with the children he is working with us to help. We still need sponsorship for his wages. Sponsorship is the equivalent of $440 Australian dollars per month. This means that under the sponsorship scheme, as with the ayi's (carers and teachers), we need six more sponsors to give $45 per month to cover his wages. Please help us by sponsoring the remaining amount or a $45 segment each month.
Xiao Guang is part sponsored,

COAT needs good reliable caring Ayi's who will care
for the children well and work hard!!
These will be Ayi's who are not wanting work because
of money but because they desire to care for the children.
We have a number of reliable Ayi's already however some Ayi's
will join, then find the job too demanding and not well paid.
As a result of this they leave after a only few weeks and
the process of recruitment starts all over again.
