Elva Kayes
Elva has been serving COAT for several years now and does a great job of managing the finances as the number of children in our care grows along with the number of sponsors supporting our work in China. Elva now has an assistant to help her deal with the income and transactions, this new assistant is Kathy Hawke. COAT became COAT Inc one year ago and you can find the names of all the management committee on the COAT INC page . We have a constitution which has enabled us to get our legal stamp in China for the purposes of making contracts with our staff and more.
