Many of the books are now old and broken.
We need more books for the children to learn from
and some more professional books about CP for the staff.
The children's feet are growing rapidly and as a result they are
out growing the adaptations that you can see above.
These are specialist adaptations for the children who have CP.
We need to purchase new ones for their growing feet.
Each pair of adaptations cost about 1000 Yuan and we have
more than ten children who need new adaptations soon.
It is not easy for the children who have CP to go to the toilet by
themselves. So it is important to teach them how to do it by
themselves. However the specialist toilets are now broken,
the floor is not good and the water always goes through the floor
to the downstairs area. Therefore we need to fix this so that the
children can benefit fully from the facilities.
We also need to fix some handles so that the children with CP
can move around independently. There are also some issues
with the lighting.
We also need some more cabinets for storing
information about the children's treatment programs.
